At that place is a way past using the Photo Email menu. This feature lets you lot create smaller file sizes. Y'all can then copy the new smaller file to your difficult drive.

I accept tried to upload photos to a web site, I have been informed that there is a 1Mg limit on all photos. All my photos are two Mg or larger how practise I reduce the overall file size

What are you talking about, there IS a file resize office available in Photo Gallery...
To resize files for uploading, simply select them, in the Edit view. In the Backdrop department of the Edit ribbon, there is a file resize role. Choose your new size, and the files volition be resized in a batch and saved as new versions. These can then be uploaded to the spider web site. Afterwards uploading, you can delete the resized versions, and leave just the originals on your PC.

Went through your steps and finally discovered that information technology is possible. But I tend to agree with Mike261, it used to be in the editing section earlier. It was functional and easy plenty for everyone to apply. Merely someone in the Microsoft had to become and modify the whole CONCEPT and confuse its customers... . Why not leave the parts that were working well anyways?
Microsoft is going backwards in some sectors, which is a compassion... .
Was a casual devoted MS consumer, but now with all these unnecessary changes or confusions I am starting to wait at other platforms.

Resizing photos and then they can be sent with email is so very of import and photo gallery even so does non practice that.

No, the picture size reduction function is Non a great feature to have in Photo Gallery. It is i of the most essential basic office.
All the fourth dimension, we take high resolution pictures, but nosotros cannot upload or electronic mail it until nosotros do the size reduction.
Does the MS designer for Photo Gallery do things normal people exercise?
